She holds a certificate in Biblical Counseling from CCEF (San Diego) and an M.A. in Biblical Counseling from Trinity Theological Seminary, and is a member of the National Association of Nouthetic Counseling. A frequent speaker at women's conferences, she has been married for over thirty years and has three adult children and six really adorable grandchildren. Elyse is the author of twelve books, including: "Women Helping Women";

Elyse Fitzpatrick has been counseling women since 1989 and is presently a part-time counselor (along with her husband, Phil) at Grace Church in San Diego. Grace Church is part of the Sovereign Grace Ministries family of churches.

Growth Groups
We are committed to making disciples of Christ at Faith Community Church! Growth Groups will help to accomplish this by providing the tools, encouragement and accountability necessary to succeed in spiritual growth. Growth Groups classes will function as a starting block toward a life of greater spiritual maturity and Christ-likeness.
Life Groups
The church is most effective when it is operating as a true community. Life groups exist to help us develop Biblical community so that we can bring the most glory possible to our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Small groups meet weekly to study God's Word together, to serve one another and the surrounding community, and to socialize together.
